Refund & Cancellation
Transparent policies for a digital business.

Policy at a Glance
BikriSathi is a digital service with immediate server costs. Therefore, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy once a payment is processed. Please use the 24-Hour Free Trial to fully evaluate the app before paying.
1. Try Before You Buy (24-Hour Trial)
We believe you should know exactly what you are paying for. That is why every new BikriSathi account comes with a comprehensive 24-hour Free Trial.
During this period, you have unrestricted access to:
- All Inventory Management tools
- Unlimited Billing & Staff features
- AI Studio Marketing creation
- Full Customer Support access
We strongly encourage you to use this time to verify if BikriSathi fits your shop's needs.
2. No Refunds
Once a subscription plan (Monthly or Yearly) is purchased, NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances.
Why this policy?
As a digital service, activation incurs immediate costs for cloud storage, server allocation (Azure), and third-party API fees (WhatsApp/AI models). These costs are non-recoverable for us.
This applies to:
- Accidental purchases.
- "Changed my mind" requests.
- Failure to use the service after purchase.
3. Cancellation Policy
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time directly through the app settings. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
What happens when you cancel:
- Access Continues: Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (e.g., if you paid for a month and cancel on day 5, you still get the remaining 25 days).
- No Renewal: You will not be charged again for the next cycle.
- No Partial Refund: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the term.
4. Billing Errors & Support
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., double deduction for a single transaction), please contact us immediately.
Please email care@bikrisathi.com within 48 hours of the transaction with your registered mobile number and transaction ID.
